Annuals

Celosia Ice Cream Mixed	Striking colours that do not fade in the heat of summer. Plants have larger plumes. Height - 10" to 12" (25cm to 30cm)
Coleus 'Kong Mosaic'	Huge leaves are enhanced with green, red and cream mosaic pattern. Very unique. Use in full shade location. Can also be grown as a container plant. Height - 20" to 22" (50cm to 55cm)

Coleus 'Creme de Menthe'	Neat mounds of minty green to creamy white foliage. This will brighten shady spots in the garden.
Angelonia augustifolia Serena Series	An all purpose plant. Large flowers, continuous bloomer. Tolerates heat and humidity or hot and dry locations 'Angelface Dresden Blue' is a soft lavender blue "Angelface Pink' packs individual florets onto the stem providing a new colour punch. Height - 10" to 12" (25cm to 30cm) Spread - 12' to 14" (30cm to 35cm)
Coleus 'Partytime'	Vivid, wildly patterned foliage of pink, green and white. Height - 14" (35cm)
Iresine 'Blazin' Rose'	Striking foialge in eye-catching multicolour pattern. Ideal for large mixed containers or in combination with other plantings. Performs well in partial sun or shade. Height - 12" to 14" (30cm to 35cm)
Lobelia 'Techno Blue'	Early flowering blooms last throughout the summer. Nicely branching. Excellet heat tolerance.
Petunia hybrida multiflora 'Novolari'	Blooms all summer with 2.5" (6cm) yellow flowers. For use in containers, hanging baskets or as a groundcover. Height - 8" (20cm) Spread - 30" (60cm)
Scaevola Bombay Series Fan Flower	This new series offers a trailing habit. Large colourful flowers. Very heat resistant. Availale in colours of 'Pink', 'Blue' and 'Light Blue'.
Viola wittrockiana 'Chianti Mix'	Unique colour mix of rose, red and peach shades. Very large flowers. Ideal as a bedding plant or for use in mixed containers.

Perennials

Chrysanthemum morifolium 'Fiona'	Flowers are a unique coral orange. Flower size is 1.75" (4.4cm). Blooms mid-September to frost.
Digitalis 'Spice Island' Spice Island Foxglove	This new semi-evergreen produces spikes of peachy yellow flowers all summer. Each flower is lightly dusted with nutmeg. Ideal for use in middle or back of the border.
Echinacea purpurea 'Green Envy'	A rare plant with green blooms. Colour retained all season, blooming from July to Frost. For use in partial shade or full sun. Height - 30" to 36" (75cm to 90cm)
Echinacea purpurea 'Liliput'	Short mounds covered with numerous deep rose purple flowers. Perfect for use at the front of the border or as a groundcover. Height - 12" (30cm) Spread - 15" (38cm)
Geranium sinense	Late blooming plant with reflexed black flowers. First time available commercially
Astrantia 'Moulin Rouge'	Flowers are extremely dark red set in purple-black bracts. Blooms from June to September. Use in front or middle of border Height - 18" (45cm)
delphinium 'New Millennium Dusky Maidens'	Flowers are a mix of deep and light pink. Blooms early to mid-summer. Requires full sun. Attracts Hummingbirds. Height - 47" to 70" (120cm to 180cm) Spread - 18" to 23" (45cm to 60cm)

Paeonia 'Kopper Kettle'	Semi-double blooms are a mix of three colours - red, yellow and orange. When viewed from a distance, flowers have a copper appearance. Height - 36" (90cm) Spread - 36" (90cm)
Sedum 'Black Jack'	Purple-black foliage with pink flowers. Requires full sun location. Height - 24" (60cm) Spread - 24" (60cm)
Viola 'Etain'	Blooms are soft yellow edged with lavender giving it the appearance of hand painted procelain. Flowers are lightly scented blooming from late spring to late summer. Flowers are held erect above bright green foliage. Height - 8' to 10' (20cm to 25cm)
Viola 'Silver Samurai'	Plant grows to a large 14" (35cm) mound. Foliage is large, silver ruffled and serrated. Lavender flowers rise above foliage. Rarely re-seeds.

Shrubs

Corylus contorta 'Red Majestic' Red Majestic Hazel	This is a winter flowering Corkscrew Hazel shrub producing unusual rose coloured catkins in winter. In summer, has striking burgundy coloured foliage on conspicously twisted curly branches.
Berberis thunbergii 'Helmond Pillar' Barberry	A unique columnar form. Has dark red foliage. For use anywhere in the garden to add structure and colour. Height - 28" (70 cm) Spread - 24" (60 cm)
Hibiscus syriacus 'Freedom' Rose of Sharon	Plant contains semi-double red-pink flowers. Height - 120" (300 cm) Spread - 96" (240 cm)
Hydrangea paniculata 'Pinky Winky'	Blooms profusely August to September producing giant cone shaped flower heads of cream colour. As flowers mature they change to various shades of pink and finally become deep rose. Requires full sun to light shade.
Syringa 'Baibelle' Tinkerbelle (Lilac)	Dwarf variety with wine coloured buds which open to a deep pink. Spicy fragrance. Requires full sun. Height - 60" (150 cm) Spread - 48" (120 cm)
Weigela 'Vampire'	Shrub has purple foliage. Flower buds are deep velvety red which open to vivid red blooms. Requires full sun location. Height - 3' (1 m)

Ground Covers

Sedum 'Angelina'	Foliage emerges as green becomes a shimmering golden yellow. In fall, becomes coppery yellow. Yellow blooms are 6" to 8" (15 to 20 cm) across. Can also be used as a container plant. Height - 6" (15cm) Spread - up to 6" (15cm)
Vinca 'Illumination'	Foliage begins as a chartreuse colour, turns to a rich gold and matures to a cream colour edged in green. The stems are attractive too, becoming a pinkish-red as the season progresses. Plant has blue flowers in spring. Height - 4" to 6" (10 to 15 cm)

Ornamental Grasses

Fargesia rufa 'Green Panda' Green Panda Clumping Bamboo	This is a new clumping, non-invasive bamboo. An attractive evergreen used as a specimen or as a hedge. Prefers full sun or bright shade. Height - 6' to 8' (1.8m to 2.4m) Spread - 8' (2.4m)
Juncus effusus 'Frenzy' Variegated Corkscrew Rush	Spiral blades of this eye catching grass features a yellow stripe that runs the length of the corkscrew-like foliage. The stripe follows every twist and turn of its round leathery stems. This exciting plant can be grown in moist soils or submerged in 10cm of water at the edge of a pond or water garden. Height 12" (30cm)

ROSES

Rosa 'Balore' Northern Encore Tree Rose	A hardy tree form developed especially for the northern garden. Light green foliage and soft pink blossoms combine to resemble spring apple blossoms. Excellent disease resistance. Can be attractive as a vertical accent plant or used in the border under planted with low growing roses or perennials.
Rosa 'BAIprez' Rainbow Sorbet florabunda rose	Flowers are a mix of bright yellow, orange and red turning to a light yellow pink as they mature. Useful as a bold single accent in the border for the gardener who likes to make a statement in the garden.

VINES

Dicentra 'Golden Tears' (Perennial)	Dissected green foliage providing a lush backdrop for masses of yellow flowers. Blooms all summer, quickly covering the support provided on which it grows. Mature size - 6' (1.8m)
Clematis macropetala 'Purple Spider'	Flowers are dark violet (almost black) semi-double. Blooms from April to June with occasional blooms from then on. Height - 8.3' (2.5m)

AQUATIC PLANTS

Saracena 'Dana's Delight' (Pitcher Plant)	Large ruffled hood which completely covers the pitcher opening. Has pink tones - red veins on white. Height - 30" (75cm) Spread - 8" (20cm)
Scirpus cernuus Fibre Optic Plant	So called "Fibre Optic Plant" has narrow grassy foliage. Each blade has a white tip. Full sun to partial shade. Height - 16" (40cm) Spread - 4" to 16" (10cm to 40cm)
